In this busy world, we understand that sometimes things arise that may keep you from arriving to your appointment. You get lost, you overslept, your dog ran away with your keys...we get it.
That being said, our treatment time is reserved especially for you, and should you need to reschedule we ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance. Our therapists are sometimes coming in just for you and only get paid when they are working. They can suffer a huge loss when a client cancels at the last minute, even if they had the best of intentions. If given adequate notice, we can fill your time slot with another client who is eagerly waiting to get in. This way you don't incur a fee, another client gets some self care, and our therapist gets paid and can put food on their table.
We are a small business trying to keep our prices affordable for our valued clients, and we make sure to be ready to provide excellent service at your appointment time. In order to continue this, the therapist still needs to be compensated should you not be able to make it.
Any cancellations/reschedules with 48+ hours notice will not incur a fee
Any cancellations/reschedules with 24-47 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service.
Any cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the full cost of the scheduled service.
Any appointment booked 24 hours or less to the appointment date/time are considered confirmed and are NOT adjustable/cancellable without the above mentioned fee.
Should this occur, the cancellation fee will be charged immediately to the card on file. If we do not have a credit card or gift card on file for payment, you will receive an invoice via email to easily pay the cancellation fee. This must be paid prior to rescheduling. Failure to pay can result in suspension in membership with no extension given upon reactivation.
If you were scheduled for a Groupon service: you will be charged the full cost of the voucher to your credit card on file for less than 48 hours notice of cancellation/rescheduling. If there is no credit card on file, your voucher will be forfeited and redeemed. Should this occur, the service will need to be pre-paid at the Groupon rate to reschedule it.
